Auto Recharge Feature Guide

Auto Recharge Feature Guide

What is Auto Recharge?

Auto Recharge is an optional feature that automatically renews your current plan when your data credits are nearly depleted. This feature ensures uninterrupted access to our data gathering and API request services.

How Auto Recharge Works

1. When enabled, the system monitors your data credit usage.
2. When your data credits usage reaches 95% of your monthly quota, the system automatically purchases a new set of credits equal to your current plan.
3. Any remaining credits from your previous balance are added to the new set of credits.
4. Your billing period updates to reflect the date of the Auto Recharge.

Benefits of Auto Recharge

- Ensures continuous service without manual intervention
- Prevents unexpected interruptions in data gathering or API requests

How to Enable Auto Recharge

Currently, Auto Recharge is not enabled by default. To enable this feature:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings.
3. Click on the Billing page.
4. Find the Auto Recharge section.
5. Toggle the switch to enable Auto Recharge.

 Important Notes

- Auto Recharge is entirely optional. You can continue to manually purchase credits if you prefer.
- You can disable Auto Recharge at any time from the Billing page.
- The system will notify you via email each time an Auto Recharge occurs.
- Ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid any issues with Auto Recharge.

Recommendations

We recommend enabling Auto Recharge if you:

- Regularly use our services and want to avoid manual credit purchases
- Need to ensure uninterrupted access to data gathering and API requests
- Prefer a "set it and forget it" approach to managing your account credits
