Our cloud platform is totally self-service and if you face any problems with logging into an existing account, you can start by entering your email in the "Forgot Password" are of our platform at https://cloud.scrapehero.com/accounts/password-reset/


We will email you a password reset link to the email you entered, IF you have used that exact email to register in our platform.

Getting an invoice in email but cannot login?

If you are getting invoices from us but cannot login, please check the invoice very closely for the registered email (see the areas we have highlighted below in red).
The email to use is the email shown at the bottom of the invoice - that is the email registered in our platform.

The email on the invoice may be different than the email you receive the invoice due to email forwarding rules or the email being part of a mailing list so please look at the invoice closely


The invoice also has links to cancel your plan or reset your password.

Sign in with Google or Github

If you signed automatically with your Google/Gmail or Github account, the email you need to enter will be your Google/Gmail or Github registered email and the password reset link will also go to that email.


Check your invoice for the exact registered email details.

Cannot find the invoice?

The invoice may have landed in the Spam/Junk folder - please check for all emails from scrapehero.com in these folders.
