What's Changing?

We're moving from our old "pages crawled" system to a new "data credits" system. Here's what that means for you:

-  Old System: We counted the number of web pages our scrapers/APIs visited.
-  New System: We'll count the actual data records you receive.

Why Are We Making This Change?

We've listened to your feedback and made this change to:

1. Make it easier to understand how much data you're getting.
2. Give you more control over your usage.
3. Provide fairer pricing based on the value you receive.

How Does It Work?

With the new data credits system:

- You'll purchase data credits instead of page credits.
- Each scraper or API will have a "credit rate" - the number of credits needed per data record.
- When you run a scraper or call an API, it will use credits based on the amount of data you receive.

- You can try out all the products and services available within the ScrapeHero Cloud platform.

- Unified billing for all your data requirements.

For instance, scraping Zillow real estate listings costs just 1 credit per product data record collected, while retrieving detailed Amazon product information may require 10 credits per data record.
